Breakpoint Booking is seeking gritty, ambitious and adventurous individuals who may want to join its agency training program. The company has openings in all departments; music, comedy and public speaking. This is an ideal position for a candidate seeking a fast track to becoming a talent agent. You won’t be getting coffee or sorting mail. You will be learning the business while doing the business. Most importantly, you will be given an opportunity to make real money working with a growing boutique agency representing both rising and established clients. This is a remote, work from home position that requires organization, passion, and dependable folks who are self-motivated self-starters.
Trainees will undergo a sixteen-week (16-week), commission-based, proprietary training program where they will learn the “ins and outs” of OUR booking process, terminology, contracting, invoicing, rolling calls, and everything else associated with the life of a booming agent. Upon successful completion of the training program you will be given all of the tools needed to succeed, including a potential starter roster of clients, company email address and Google workspace account, cms and contracting software, rolodex and use of company resources and assistant program. - REMOTE Work from Home Environment (Laptop, Smart Phone, Internet).
- Some of THE BEST commission splits in the industry!
- Weekly To Do List.
- 15-20 hours per week depending on avail and DESIRE.
- Research, Calls, Emails, Spreadsheets, Attention to Detail!
