THE JOB DESCRIPTION
Breakpoint Booking is seeking gritty, ambitious and adventurous individuals who may want to join its talent agency. The company has openings in all departments; music, comedy, speaking and branding. This is a remote, work from home position that requires organization, passion, and dependable folks who are self-motivated, self-starters. If you are unable to manage a day-to-day calendar or wake up early this job is not for you!!
Our talent agents undergo a free, sixteen-week (16-week), proprietary training program where they will learn the “ins and outs” of OUR booking process, terminology, contracting, invoicing, rolling calls, and everything else associated with the life of a booming agent. This is an ideal position for a candidate seeking a fast track to becoming a talent agent. You won’t be getting coffee or sorting mail. You will be learning the business while doing the business. Most importantly, you will be given an opportunity to make real money working with a growing boutique agency representing both rising and established clients from the start of your hiring. Agents are given all of the tools needed to succeed, including a small starter roster of clients, company email address and Google workspace account, use of cms and contracting software, agency rolodex and use of company resources including its assistant program.
Things to consider…
- Commission-based pay (nurturing sales environment)
- Mandatory weekly video meetings! You will need to manage your calendar!
- REMOTE Work from Home Environment (Laptop, Smart Phone, Internet).
- Some of THE BEST commission splits in the industry! (Work your way to partner in two years!)
- Weekly To Do List.
- 20-25 hours per week
- Research, Calls, Emails, Spreadsheets, Attention to Detail!
- Team environment
Ideal Candidate: Motivated, Hungry, Loves Money, Can See Bigger Picture, Tech Savvy, Patient… able to handle the pressure of high energy, team-oriented environment, detail oriented, punctual, able to multitask and thrive doing so, collaborative, deep desire to be in the “industry” dreams of being an agent a PLUS. Must be able to handle a day-to-day calendar!
