Launch Your Entertainment Career: Fall Internship at Breakpoint Booking (Unpaid, Commission-Based)
Breakpoint Booking is seeking enthusiastic and driven assistants/interns for our 2025 Fall Internship Program. This intensive program runs for approximately 15 weeks (September 3, 2025 – December 17, 2025). It’s an exceptional opportunity for current students and recent graduates to gain invaluable, real-world experience in the entertainment industry.
The Opportunity;
As an intern, you’ll directly support our talent agents in daily operations. This includes calendar management, booking coordination (using industry-standard software), marketing support, contract assistance, lead research, database maintenance, social media engagement, and more. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, and proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
Requirements
- Remote Position: Work from anywhere in the world.
- Self-Motivated & Dependable: We’re looking for quick learners who are self-starters and highly reliable.
- Tech-Savvy: You must have a strong grasp of email, texting, typing, internet navigation, and spreadsheets.
- Effective Self-Management: Ability to manage your own schedule and maintain a calendar effectively.
- Time Commitment: Available for 8-12 hours per week, including approximately two hours of mandatory Google Meet calls per week (camera on). These calls are broken down into three meetings: one hour-long call and two thirty-minute calls.
- Equipment: You must provide your own laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet access. A laptop or desktop computer is required; a mobile phone alone is insufficient.
- Eligibility: You MUST BE A UNITED STATES CITIZEN AND LEGALLY ABLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities;
Interns will engage in diverse tasks such as lead gathering and reporting, managing booking agency software, assisting with contract and deal drafting, note-taking, making phone calls, conducting research, utilizing Google Workspace, participating in virtual communication (chat, meetings), and potentially attending live shows!
