Breakpoint Booking is a boutique talent agency representing developing, “breaking,” and established clients in music, comedy and public speaking. Breakpoint is an artist first agency, an extension of ‘the team’ working directly with clients and/or their representation to grow their live business. The company partners with its clients to provide independent music business education as it pertains to music touring, event marketing and talent booking.
The company launched officially as a music agency in 2018 but was seeded years prior with acts such as Tank & The Bangas, Lost Dog Street Band, Mickey Factz, TheRealAK and Jane Handcock. In January of 2022, Breakpoint officially launched its comedy division with acts with various credits from Saturday Night Live alum to CONAN and Comedy Central appearances. In 2023, the company plans to launch its public speaking division.
The agency services comedy clubs, nightclubs, amphitheaters, coffee shops, venues, live streaming, festivals, PACs, colleges, fairs, casinos, weddings, and corporate or private parties and events worldwide.

Breakpoint Booking is seeking gritty, ambitious and adventurous individuals who may want to join its agency training program. The company is seeking more agents in both its comedy and public speaking divisions.
This is an ideal position for a candidate seeking a fast track to becoming a talent agent in either comedy or public speaking. You will not be getting coffee, you will be learning the business. Most importantly, you will be given an opportunity to make real money working with a growing boutique agency representing RISING comedy and speaking clients.
This is a remote, work from home position that requires organization, passion, and dependable folks who are self-motivated self-starters. Trainees will undergo a sixteen-week (16-week) proprietary training program where they will learn the “ins and outs” of OUR booking process, terminology, contracting, invoicing, rolling calls, and everything else associated with the life of a successful agent. Upon successful completion of the training program, as a junior agent you will be given all of the tools needed to succeed. This includes but is not limited to; a starter roster of clients, company email address and Google workspace account, cms and contracting software, rolodex and use of company resources and assistant program.
Things to consider…
- Mandatory weekly one-hour (1-hour) long calls, each Wednesday at 8pm est 5pm pst.
- Work from Home Environment (Laptop, Smart Phone, Internet)
- Some of THE BEST commission splits in the industry
- Weekly To Do List
- 15-20 hours per week depending on avail and DESIRE
- Real-life experience as a real-life booking agent booking comedy and speaking clients.
Ideal Candidate: Motivated, Hungry, Loves Money, Can See Bigger Picture, Patient… able to handle the pressure of high energy, team-oriented environment, detail oriented, punctual, able to multitask and thrive doing so, collaborative, deep desire to be in the “industry” dreams of being an agent a PLUS. Must be able to handle a day-to-day calendar.
