The Opportunity – Unpaid/Commission-Based 16-Week Internship w/ Opportunities for Advancement (At this time, we DO NOT pay hourly nor do we offer benefits)

Breakpoint is a fully remote, Beverly Hills-based boutique agency and a premier leader in Black and LGBTQ+ owned talent representation. Known for developing “road-tested” talent across both music and comedy, we offer a high-intensity environment for those looking to skip the fluff. The Program:
- Dates: August 26th, 2026 – December 16th, 2026 (16 Weeks)
- Format: 100% Remote (U.S. Citizens only)
- Commitment: 8–12 hours/week (including 2 hours of mandatory syncs)
What You’ll Do: This isn’t a “get the coffee” internship. You will work directly as a Talent Agent Assistant, contributing to real-world operations and revenue generation:
- Booking & Ops: Master industry-standard software, assist with contracts/deal memos, and manage executive calendars.
- A&R / Lead Gen: Conduct deep-dive research to identify the next generation of headliners.
- Digital Strategy: Drive database maintenance, marketing initiatives, and ticket reporting.
- Live Experience: Gain opportunities to attend live shows and assist with on-site coordination.
What We’re Looking For: We seek high-energy self-starters who are tech-savvy (Google Workspace is a must) and obsessed with detail.
- Requirements: You must provide your own laptop, smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet.
- Expectations: A “camera-on” mindset for all meetings is required. (Note: A mobile phone alone is not sufficient for this role.)
